Advocate for the petitioner submitted that she is proposing final order regarding the minors that after attaining majority, minor can withdraw the amount without reference to further order of the Court. At this juncture, it is to be discussed. I made a query to Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner about the same. She submitted that such order can be passed subject to the satisfaction of the Hon'

ble Lordship and she will satisfy the Hon'

ble Court at the time of hearing of the Judge's Order.

3. Considering the circumstances Judge's Order to the extent of Sale to proposed purchasers and depositing minors share with the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay till attaining the age of majority, by such minor, is approved.

4. To the extent of final order that without reference to the Hon'

ble Court on attaining majority by the minor can withdraw the amount can be granted by the Hon'

ble Court, if satisfied. Therefore, to that extent Judge's Order be respectfully placed before the Hon'ble Lordship for hearing and satisfaction.
