Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

After hearing the matter for some time, considering the nature of the controversy and the reliefs sought for by the Petitioner, we find that appropriate course of action would be to place this petition before Respondent No.1 as a representation made by the Petitioner, more particularly, since what the Petitioner seeks has been recommended by the Designated Authority. Respondent No.1 will consider giving 1/2

907-wp-4637-2022.doc audience to the representative of the Petitioner to understand the grievance and will consider whether the earlier decision needs to be retained, recalled or changed. Request of the Petitioner that Respondent No.1 should consider the same early is reasonable. 3.

Respondent No.1, subject to earlier time bound commitments and other pressing public duties, will consider taking a decision within a period of eight weeks from today.
