The counsel for the plaintiff states that ad-interim relief was granted in the motion by an order dated 17th March 2009. The plaintiff had deposited the amount of Rs.25 lakhs and therefore there is an injunction against the defendant not to deal with property, alienate or hand over possession of the same to any third party.

Shri Oak, counsel for defendants states that ad-interim order me be continued till the disposal of the suit.

In view thereof, the notice of motion stands disposed. Interim order order dated 17th March 2009 to continue till the disposal of the suit.

Within six weeks from today, the parties to take inspection of the opponents' documents and also file their statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial.
