Bhaidkar, 2nd Assistant to Court Receive. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 4th MAY, 2016 P.C.:- Ms. Iyer, senior counsel appearing for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff does not have the funds to complete the construction or undertake works as mentioned in paragraph 9 of the order dated 12th October, 2012. The counsel for the plaintiff further states that in view thereof, the construction of the suit flat in the building "Dharmashanti-II" can be undertaken only after the suit is disposed. The counsel for the plaintiff states that the Court Receiver may continue but need not take further steps to appoint an Architect in respect of the suit plot. The counsel appearing for the defendant no.2 also has no objection.

As regards prayer clause -(b) of the Court Receiver's Report, the counsel for the plaintiff states that the amount will be deposited within one week from today.

Therefore, the Court Receiver's Report accordingly stands disposed.
