6th January, 2017 P.C.:- 1] Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Bank has placed on record the communication issued by the Assistant General Manager on 06.01.2017 informing that the Petitioner-Company has not been yet declared as "Wilful Defaulter" and as per the RBI guidelines, the photograph of borrowers / guarantors and the name of the company can be published in the leading news papers only after declaring them as "Wilful Defaulter". The communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
