Heard. This Notice of Motion is preferred for restoration of the Summary Suit which was dismissed for non removal of office objections within stipulated time as per order dated 01/09/2015 passed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Notice of Motion.

Hence, the following order:

a) Order dated 01/09/2015 passed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this court is set aside.

b) The Summary Suit (L) No.562/2015 is restored to file.

c) The Applicant is directed to remove all office objections within 2 weeks from today, failing which the Notice of Motion shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) The Notice of Motion stands disposed of accordingly.
