CORAM : B. R. GAVAI & B. P. COLABAWALLA, JJ.
DATE : 20th DECEMBER, 2017 P.C.
1] The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 6 states that since it is the grievance of the Petitioner that the impugned order dated 10th November 2017 is passed without properly following due process of natural justice, the Respondent No.1 without prejudice to its rights, is willing to withdraw the impugned order and pass an order afresh after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. 2] In that view of the matter, grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. The Petition is disposed of by taking statement made by the Respondent No.1 on record.
