Plaintiff and defendant nos.1 to 4 have arrived at a settlement. Defendant no.5 having passed away, the heir is already on record being the plaintiff. The plaintiff has no claims against defendant nos.6 to 8 and she seeks to withdraw the suit against defendant nos.6 to 8. Signatories to the consent terms are present. They are duly identified by their respective Advocates.

In view thereof, I pass the following order :- (i) Suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms, taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

(ii) Undertakings, if any, are accepted.

(iii) Suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. (iv) Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules. (v) In view of the disposal of the suit, Notice of Motion and any interim applications pending shall also stand disposed.
