A proclamation was issued. There is an Affidavit proving the proclamation. No one has come forward to oppose. 2.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Shobha Maruti Salvi, who is said to have died in Mumbai, where she was ordinarily resident, on 18th September 2017. It is said that the deceased died intestate. Her husband died before her on 14th December 1995 as did her parents. The deceased had no children. The deceased had no brother.

The Petitioner's mother died before her. The Petitioner himself had a brother but he too died on 14th October 2015. It is 6th June 2018

10-MPT5-18.DOC thus that the Petitioner says that he is only surviving legal heir of the deceased being her sister's surviving son.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for an application to be made to Gokuldas Tejpal Hospital for employment on compassionate ground.

No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.
