The Writ Petition is already disposed of on 21.12.2017 in terms of Consent Minutes of Order. The Respondent has filed a preceipe stating that the Registrar, DRAT has informed the Respondent to file an Application before the Chairperson, DRAT for payment of amount of Rs.30,00,000/- with accrued interest. We are informed that the Chairperson, DRAT is on leave until 12.04.2018 and the payments under this Consent Terms are required to be made by 31.03.2018. 2.

Clause 3 of the Consent Minutes of Order provides that the Registrar, DRAT, Mumbai shall pay to the Respondent-Bank the amount under fixed deposit of Rs.30,00,000/- with accrued interest.
