Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned notification was to operate only for the period of 60 days. That period has already expired. After hearing the respective counsel, we find that as the period has already expired, the challenges as raised need not be decided. We therefore, keep all the challenges and contentions open and accordingly dispose of the present writ petition.
