Instant Chamber Order is taken out for setting aside Order dated 29.08.2017, rejecting Petition for non-removal of office objections.

Ld. Counsel for Applicants has submitted that as per earlier direction, Affidavit of Service is already filed, which is on record.

Counsel for Applicants. Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order reveals that Petition was listed on board on 29.08.2017 under caption 'Rejection'.

But, inadvertently Advocate's clerk could not inform said matter to the Advocate for Applicants. Hence, office objections could not be removed within time.

Despite of service, none appeared on behalf of the Respondents. Hence, contention of the Applicants needs to be accepted. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.

Applicants and/or their Advocate to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and regd.

on or before 19-04-2018, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
