Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Plaintiff to amend the Plaint in terms of the draft amendments set out at Schedule A hereto;

Amendments to be carried out within a period of one week from today and the copy of the amended plaint shall be forthwith served on the ssp 1/2

The Defendants to file their Written Statement within three weeks from the date of service of amended Plaint upon them. Stand over to 19th August, 2015.
