This chamber summons is taken out for effecting amendment in the cause title by substituting the Plaintiff's name with its new name due to an amalgamation order. The name of the amalgamated company is SBI Global Factors Ltd. The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Reverification is dispensed with. In the meantime, Defendant No.1 company has been ordered to be wound up and Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay has been appointed as liquidator of the company. The Plaintiff to adopt appropriate steps to seek leave of the court and implead the Official Liquidator as a party Defendant in place and stead of Defendant No.1 company. The commercial suit is stood over beyond vacation.
