It appears that the Grievance Committee has not been able to decide the controversy between the parties on account of the parties making applications on different dates. It has been pointed out to this Court by learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in Writ Petition No.654 of 2022 that after order dated 15 February 2022 passed by this Court, the Petitioner-Dr. K.S. Reddy chose to make his representation regarding his non-payment of salary only on 14 March 2022. So, the predicament of the Grievance Committee is understandable.

Learned Counsel for the University seeks further time for the Grievance Committee to decide the issues in accordance with law. We grant further eight weeks' time to the Grievance Committee for deciding the issues in accordance with law.

We also direct the Petitioner-Dr. K.S. Reddy and Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in Writ Petition No.654 of 2022 to render their full co-operation to the Grievance Committee to expeditiously take decision in this matter.

Both the petitions (Writ Petition No.654 of 2022 and Writ Petition No.464 of 2022) are disposed of accordingly. (G.A. SANAP, J.) (SUNIL B. SHUKRE, J.)
