None appears for the respondent. This motion has been taken out for setting aside the order dated 11th August, 2015 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master dismissing the petition for non removal of office objections under Order 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules.

We have perused the affidavit-in-support and are satisfied with the reasons mentioned therein for non-removal of office objections Uday S. Jagtap

In view of the above, we allow the Notice of Motion in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). However, it is made clear that the petitioner would remove the office objections within one week from today, failing which this order stands vacated without further reference to this Court.
