The Indian Guardianship Petition is in respect of a male minor Faisal Arif Ghonia, who is the biological son of the Respondent, Leena Vishwas Kajrolkar (the 2nd Petitioner) from her first marriage. He was born on 30th August 2001. Leena's first husband died in a road accident on 27th March 2006. His death certificate is on record. Leena, the 2nd Petitioner, then married the 1st Petitioner Vishwas Laxman Kajrolkar on 22nd May 2010. 31st October 2018

901-IGP26-18.DOC Vishwas and Leena have now decided to formally take Leena's biological son in guardianship jointly. Hence, this Petition. 2.

They also desire that his name be changed to "Khushal Vishwas Kajrolkar". This is approved. The documents are in order. It needs only to be noted that Vishwas himself was previously married on 8th December 1995 and divorced on 7th March 2007. He has no children of his own from his previous marriage. A copy of his Divorce Decree is also on record.

I have seen the scrutiny report presented by Mr O Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the Indian Council of Social Welfare, which is on record.

The documents being in order, I will allow the Petition. The Judge's Order is separately signed.
