The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The Suit seeks cancellation of certain Deeds of Conveyance. The properties are outside the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the cause of action relates to the documents that were created within the jurisdiction of this Court. The Defendants are also within the jurisdiction of this Court. A material part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. 15th October 2018
