Since during the pendency of the present petition, Court Receiver High Court, Bombay was appointed as receiver of the property forming subject matter of the present petition, Court Receiver is discharged with immediate effect without passing accounts. Costs, charges and expenses of the receiver shall be borne by the petitioner. The petitioner shall pay such costs and expenses within three weeks of the Court Receiver communicating such costs, charges and expenses on the petitioner.
