Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the above Suit is restored to file subject to the Applicant / Plaintiff removing office objections within a period of one week from the date of this order. 2.

Place the Suit for directions on 30th November, 2015, high on board, when the Advocates for Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to remain present before the Court.

A copy of this order shall be forthwith served on Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 and / or their Advocates by hand delivery.
