Heard Petitioner-in person. By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought following reliefs;
"i) By this Hon'ble Court be pleased and 'allowed' the said an application of the Petitioner, which handed on 08.10.2015 to office of the said Respondent No. 4.
ii) And be pleased by Hon'ble This Court and 'allowed' this WP of the Petitioner for his 'right to study of research' on the topic, 'The Role of Women in Indian Politics reference to the constitution of India 1950'.
iii) And be pleased for 'TYPO Error' in application dated 08.09.2015 of the Petitioner i.e. for word 'Court' instead of 'Course', and therefore 'mistake of fact' is granted by this Hon'ble Court. i.e. Shubham

We have gone through the application dated 08.10.2015 which is annexed at Exhibit-'I' page 36 to the petition. It is addressed to Head of Department, University of Mumbai. By this application, petitioner has requested to allow him to take reference books at home. Upon our query, the petitioner has stated that he is not enrolled with the University of Bombay as a student or for Ph.D. Course.
