Mr. Ghosh for plaintiff tenders a Praecipe seeking leave to withdraw the suit. Mr. Ghosh stated that the 1st defendant vessel or any other vessel was not arrested in this suit and therefore, the question of paying any poundage does not arise.

In view of this statement made by Mr. Ghosh, the suit dismissed as withdrawn.

Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with Rules. Notwithstanding disposal of the suit, all office objections to be removed and suit to be numbered within two weeks from today. Registry to process refund application only upon the suit being numbered.
