Learned Addl GP submits that they already appointed the Competent Authority under the Land Acquisition Act. To that effect he has placed on record notification dated 11th September, 2017 issued by the State Government. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that in view of this subsequent development the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to move the application before the Competent Authority within 30 days from today.
