The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that the above Petition is fled on 10th November, 2017 by the Petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and an ad-interim order is obtained on th January, 2018. He further states on instructions that till date the Petitioner has not even invoked Arbitration. In view thereof, the above Petition is dismissed. 2.

The Court Receiver stands discharged without passing accounts but subject to payment of his cost, charges and expenses within a period of four weeks from today by the Petitioner.
