The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are drawn. These are signed by the Director of the Plaintiff one Mr. Imtiaz Kanga and by the Director of the Defendant one Mr. Tapas Saha. Both Mr. Kanga and Mr. Saha are personally present in Court. They have identified their signatures.

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms reflect the true intention of the parties and that they have been arrived at by the parties on their own volition and that they are not contrary to law. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for 7th June 2016

The Suit is decreed as provided in Clause (6) of the Consent Terms. Drawn up decree dispensed with.

Refund of Court Fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 5.

In view of this order, the Notice of Motion does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
