This contempt petition is taken out in an arbitration petition claiming breach or disobedience of an order passed by this court on 28 October 2014. By this order, the Respondents were directed to handover possession of certain equipment described in Exhibit-E to the petition to the Petitioner.
Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2 to 8 informs the court that she has written instructions from the DGM of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., Respondent No.2 herein, to handover the equipment in implementation of the order passed by this court. Since the Respondents have offered to handover the equipment, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press his petition.
