He entered upon the reference to his arbitration on 6th June 2018. An initial extension of six months was agreed by both sides. Pleadings are complete. The evidence is partly completed. The record is voluminous. The arbitral mandate ended on 4th December 2019.

The Respondent is absent but has consented to an extension in writing. This is annexed to the Petition.

Time to complete the arbitration is extended till 3rd August 2020.
