When this matter had come up on 3rd July, 2019, time was taken on behalf of the plaintiff stating that they are unable to fle the list of witnesses and affdavit in lieu of examination-in-chief together with compilation of documents since the plaintiff was untraceable. It was, in these circumstances, and as a last opportunity the matter was stood over to 10th July, 2019. It appears that thereafter the matter has come up today.

Today, when the matter is called out, again none appears on behalf of the plaintiff. Considering the order passed by this Court earlier, and the fact that even today none appears on behalf of the plaintiff, it appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the above suit. The suit is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
