Mr. Singh, counsel for defendant no.1 states that chamber summons no.142 of 2019 taken out by plaintiffs for leave to amend the plaint and notice of motion be allowed.

In view thereof, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint and notice of motion to be served within two weeks from today. Any further affidavit in reply to be filed and copy served within two weeks from today.
