Mr.Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner, having taken instructions from his client, makes a statement that the Petitioner would be satisfied, if the application made by the Respondent No.3 to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 for Part Occupation Certificate in respect of 1st to 17th Floor of Khadija Hitech Tower Building, is decided. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, makes a statement that the said application filed by the
