The Petitioners seek a Legal Heirship Certifcate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Mr Sanjay Jaysingh Sonawane, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where he was ordinarily resident, on 4th April 2019. A copy of his death certifcate is annexed. The deceased was survived by his widow and two sons. Their names are mentioned in the tabulation below paragraph 4 of the petition. 2.

The Legal Heirship Certifcate is required for the purpose of submission to the Police Commissioner's Ofce and other concerned authorities.

All heirs have consented.

No other Petition for a heirship certifcate, succession certifcate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been fled. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Seema Sanjay Sonawane, Pranil Sanjay Sonawane and Atish Sanjay Sonawane.
