IN THE MATTER BETWEEN

CORAM :

DATE :
14th JUNE, 2018 P.C.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. The petitioner has applied for review and recall of the order dated 4th May,2016 passed by this court in the Arbitration Application No.218 of 2015 which was filed under section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Since the review petition is not maintainable against the said order passed by this court under section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, I am not inclined to consider the application for condonation of delay sought in the Notice of Motion (L) No.2384 of 2017 or the review petition for recall of the order in the Review Petition (L) No.45 of 2017. Both the proceedings are
kvm 2/2 1-NMSL2384.17 accordingly disposed of as not maintainable. No order as to costs. 2.
Mr.Dhanure, learned counsel for the review petitioner states that his client would proceed against the other respondents before the learned arbitrator and seeks extension of time to enable the learned arbitrator to render an award. The learned arbitrator is accordingly granted six months time to pass an award from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.
