The suit has been dismissed on 20th December, 1996. This notice of motion is taken out after a delay of 5460 days. 2.

The plaintiff has not shown sufficient cause for such gross delay despite the fact that on 24th December, 2014 when this notice of motion reached hearing the plaintiff's Advocate was called upon to show sufficient cause.

Since the plaintiff as also Advocate are absent the notice of motion is dismissed.

The suit remains dismissed.
