Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition on the ground that the petition ought to have been filed not by the petitioner but by Mr.Shripad Hegishte who is the brother in law of the deceased Mr.Dinkar Dattatray Shetye or by Mr.Narhari Baburao Hegishte. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn on this ground. If any fresh petition is filed by Mr.Shripad Hegishte or by Mr.Narhari Baburao Hegishte, the same would be considered on its own merits.
