The present Interim Application No.3219 of 2021 has been filed for amending the cause title of the plaint and the Notice of Motion by deleting the name of Plaintiff No.1 who has expired in the interregnum. The legal heirs of the Plaintiff No.1 are already on record and arrayed as Plaintiff No.2 and Defendants. 2.

This is a partition Suit in respect of two specific properties wherein challenge is maintained to the gift deed given by the father in favour of the Defendants. All parties are family members.

Interim Application No.3219 of 2021 stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and 'b'.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title be served on the other side. 5.
