The above Review Petition along with the Notice of Motion is placed on board for Directions.

By the above Review Petition, the Petitioners have sought review of the order passed by Mr. Justice S.J. Vazifdar, J.(as he then was) dated 1st October, 2010. Along with the Review Petition, the Petitioners have taken out the above Notice of Motion for condonation of delay in filing the Review Petition. The Notice of Motion is not moved by the Petitioners in

Nitin 2 / 2 917-RPL-161-2010 the last more than four years. In view thereof, the Review Petition is not numbered till date and is not even served on the other side. 3.

From the aforesaid facts, it is clear that the Petitioners have after filing the Review Petition not pursued the same in the last four years. Even today the Petitioners are not present. In view thereof, the above Review Petition along with Notice of Motion stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
