This court by an order dated 7 December 2017 had noted the inability of learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff to prosecute the suit for want of instructions. The court also had noted that despite specific notice to the Plaintiff for the particular date, i.e. 7 December 2017, there was no response from the Plaintiff and no other advocate was appearing for the Plaintiff. The suit was accordingly placed for dismissal.

Today when the suit is called out, none appears for the Plaintiff. The suit is dismissed for want of prosecution. (S.C. Gupte, J.) 1 / 1
