Basically the above Petitions pertain to rejection of permission to the Petitioner No.2 colleges, which are situated in BGP. 2 of 3
districts of Washim, Buldhana, Nagpur, Ahmednagar and Yavatmal. All these districts are not within the territorial jurisdiction of principal seat of High Court at Bombay. As such, the Petitions are rejected by relegating the Petitioners to approach the Bench having territorial jurisdiction.
