The learned counsel for the Plaintiff refers to the order dated 27th July, 2018 passed by this Court, wherein it was recorded that the Chamber Summons be kept under the caption of dismissal on 3rd August, 2018. She submits that the Applicant Jitendra Shankar Nijasure by Jitendra Shankar Nijasure Date: 2018.09.14 13:42:59 +0530 has not been appearing in the proceedings and hence the Chamber Summons accordingly be dismissed.

I have perused the order dated 27th July, 2018. None appeared for the Applicant on that date when the matter was directed to be kept under the caption of dismissal on 3rd August, 1/2
