By this chamber summons, the applicant (original plaintiff) seeks amendment to the plaint as set out in the schedule appended to the chamber summons for the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion.

Learned counsel for the defendant has no objection if the chamber summons is allowed as prayed. Statement is accepted. 3.

Chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
