This petition was filed in the year 2018 and was heard from time to time. There are different affidavits on behalf of the respondents which are filed in pursuance of the orders passed on the present proceedings. The last two affidavits are dated 26 October 2023 and 1 November 2023 of Smt. Jayashree Bhoj, Secretary (Tourism), Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department,Mantralaya, Mumbai.

We have also perused the Government Resolution dated 31 October 2023, which recognizes the benefit granted to the petitioner in Kiran Kawre ------------------------- November 3, 2023

908-WP-3027-2018.odt regard to the two years Covid-19 period. However, we note that the petitioner has further grievances.

Having regard to the complexion of the present proceedings which were filed in the year 2018 i.e. prior to the Covid-19 period, we are of the opinion, that if any, grievance of the petitioner still survives, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to file appropriate fresh representation and / or avail of an appropriate remedy on such grievances. 4.

We, accordingly, disposed of this petition, keeping open all contentions of the petitioner to be urged in further proceedings, as the law may permit, including to raise contentions as urged in the present proceedings.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
