The applicant is the writ petitioner in the PIL. The PIL was dismissed for non removal of the office objections by the Prothonotary and Senior Master by an order dated 20th August, 2015 under Rule 986 of the High Court (Original Side) Rules. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in 1/2
P-905-NML-680.2015 support, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to the condition of removal of office objections within four weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the order of dismissal shall stand.
