As the petitioner has already approached the National Company Law Tribunal by an application and as an I.R.P. is appointed by the NCLT on 14 November 2019, obviously the arbitration cannot proceed. This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 is accordingly required to be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court as and when necessary after the NCLT proceedings are concluded. 2.
