Mr. Shah, learned Counsel appearing in support of the petition, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition. This for the reason that by letter dated 5th October, 2018, the Goods and Services Tax Council has directed the petitioners to make its grievance to the Nodal Officer, having jurisdiction over the petitioners for consideration of its grievance with regard to TRANS-1, which has already been filed. 2.

However, Mr. Shah seeks liberty to move this Court in case the Nodal Officer and / or the Grievance Redressal Committee does not act
