This Motion seeks recall and setting aside of a dismissal order passed in the suit and restoration of the suit on file. The Plaintiff was originally represented by an advocate, who died on 27 November 2014. The suit, as a result, was not attended by the advocate and was dismissed on 23 September 2015. The Plaintiff has now filed this Notice of Motion through another advocate. The Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The suit is restored to file.
