Pursuant to earlier orders of this Court, today when the matter is called out, Mr. Mohan Raut, learned counsel appears for the Applicant/Claimant and submits that the notice to the Respondent No.2 as recorded earlier has been served on 12th February, 2024 and time had been sought for service to the Respondent No.1. That an attempt was made to serve Respondent No.1 on 1st April, 2024, however, the Bailiff has reported that although he met the Respondent No.1, however, the Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:
