The above Arbitration Application fled on 16th October, 2018 under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is placed on board for hearing and fnal disposal. It is a known fact that the Arbitration Applications under Section 11 of the Act are not placed for "Admission" but are directly placed for hearing and fnal disposal. Accordingly, the Application is taken up for fnal hearing. The Applicant has since the last almost 10 months not bothered to serve a copy of the Application on the Respondent. In view thereof, the Arbitration Application is dismissed with liberty to the Applicant to fle a fresh Application if so advised.
