The counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has received a sum of Rs.67,32,639/- in full and final settlement of petitioner's claim in Company Petition No. 30 of 2016 (Arshiya Industrial and Distribution Domestic HUB Limited) and in Company Petition No. 1199 of 2015 (Arishya Rail Infrastructure Limited).
