Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the present Testamentary Petition No.2452 of 2017 was converted into Testamentary Suit No.150 of 2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that another Testamentary Petition bearing No.2218 of 2017, filed by the same petitioner, which is not on board today, may also be taken on board as the learned counsel has instructions to withdraw the said testamentary petition also. 2.
