After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the representation already filed before the first Respondent. He also prayed that the first Respondent be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing the first Respondent to consider the said representation and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible but Vishal Parekar 1/2

Needless to say that we have not commented upon the merits of the matter and in regard to the grievances raised by the Petitioner in the said representation.
